Dip a tape in the water and remove immediately.<br \/>\n<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">2. Keep the tape level for 15 seconds (do not shake off excess <\/span>water from the tape).<br \/>\n 3. Compare the pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity and stabilizer indicators (in this order) with the color chart on the<br \/>\nlabel.<\/p>\n<p>For best results in the Stabilizer (cyanuric acid) test, the pH should be between 7.0 and 8.4 and the total alkalinity should be<br \/>\n240 ppm or less.<\/p>\n<p>Important: Keep the lid tightly closed between uses.
