Terms and Conditions

Summary of Conditions of Sale

SULCAVE sells construction materials, DIY, plumbing, pool accessories, tiles, bathroom furniture, saunas, SPAs, among others, through its physical store and its online store.

Online sales are intended for customers in the national territory. The prices shown on the website are exclusive to the online store and do not apply to the physical store, unless expressly indicated by email or telephone.

All product images are for illustrative purposes only. If in doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.

Orders can be placed directly on the website, by email or by phone. Doubts can be clarified through the online contact form or by mobile phone 968 924 731 or phone 282 343 555.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, MB WAY or by ATM (entity and reference). After payment, the order will be processed and sent by carrier.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 7 working days, unless stocks are out of stock. The delivery time is usually 24 to 48 hours (mainland Portugal). For the islands, the average time is 2 to 3 weeks (by sea), except for external factors such as strikes, accidents, pandemics or logistical overload.

The delivery address must be complete and easily accessible during working hours. It is recommended to provide at least one valid telephone number.

Verification at the Time of Delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer must check that the packages correspond to what is indicated in the email sent by SULCAVE and examine the condition of the packages and articles.

In case of damage or missing package, you must indicate this fact on the carrier’s delivery note. Otherwise, the order will be considered accepted without reservation and it will not be possible to claim, exchange or obtain a refund.

General Conditions of Sale

By confirming the order, the customer accepts these General Conditions of Sale.

Returns are only possible by prior arrangement. To do so, you must contact us by e-mail: marketing@sulcave.pt

Product Availability

The products shown are usually in stock. In the event of a breakage, the customer will be informed upon receipt of the order.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by carrier to the address indicated by the customer, between 08:00 am and 07:00 pm, on working days. The carrier does not make deliveries to PO boxes.

If the customer is absent, a second delivery attempt can be scheduled. If a new shipment is required, the costs are borne by the customer.

Note: It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time.

Shipping Documents

Each shipment includes:

  • Invoice
  • Transport document
  • Proof of warranty (the invoice itself)

Delivery Delays

SULCAVE is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen situations (strikes, accidents, pandemics, etc.).

The customer should contact us as soon as he notices a delay in delivery to check with the carrier.

Product Warranty

Electrical or motor products have a legal warranty of 3 years, valid upon proper use and proof of purchase (invoice).

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Incorrect installations
  • Products without invoice

The warranty is personal and applies only to the original purchaser.

To claim the warranty:

Satisfaction / Return / Exchange

The customer has 14 working days after receipt to return unused products, complete, with original packaging and no signs of use.

The refund is only on the value of the product.
The return costs and any new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Products returned damaged, incomplete or used will not be accepted.
If the item is returned with the carrier’s label attached directly to the original packaging, the customer will lose the right to a refund.

Right of Free Withdrawal

Under the law, the consumer can exercise the right of free withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the good.

The customer must contact SULCAVE in advance for this purpose and return the item in perfect condition.

Governing Law and Venue

In the event of a dispute, Portuguese law applies.
The competent court is that of the district of SULCAVE’s headquarters, with express waiver of any other.
